How long does it take to build a site?
Depends on how much work is involved and how quickly the text etc is given to us. Once we have everything a proff is made for you to view. Once the proof is agreed the site is live within three working days.
Can we have Flash / animated / moving images?
Yes, at an additional cost. Price on application.
Can I have my own email address - for example, myname@mywebsite.com?
Yes.
Are the websites unique?
Each website follows a particular format, however they are adapted to suit the customers requirements.
Is it a one off payment?
The design and creation of the page / site is a one off payment. However, to retain the site, an annual hosting fee will need to renewed each year. Also, any additional amendments made to the site, outside of those agreed in the initial package purchase, would be charged as needed.
What software / knowledge will I need?
None, all of the work will be done by our team.
How much do amendments cost?
Depends on how much work is involved. Price on application.
Can I amend the website myself?
No.
Can I resell the website?
No.
Can I sell things from my site (e-commerce etc.)?
Yes, if set up for it, or we can amend at a later date, at an additional cost.
Can you supply the images for my site / page?
We have a selection of stock images that can be used if needed.
Will my website appear on Google / other search engines?
Yes, each website / page will be optimised for search engine detection. However, this may take several weeks, sometimes months, to appear, and the exact ranking will depend on how unique the company / site is.
Can I have more than one domain name per site?
Yes, at an additional cost.
